Paso del Norte Materials is not a typical supplier that works around a schedule. As contractors we understand the strict deadlines and urgency you have to work within to get the job done. We understand the needs of our clients; quality materials delivered on time.
We are a HUB Zone approved concrete and aggregate material supplier for TxDOT.
WHAT WE DO
Paso del Norte Materials now provides a full line of ready mix concrete with state and city approved mixes. We also provide road base materials and aggregates to the public and to numerous contractors in the region.
Since 2011, Paso del Norte Materials has been supplying concrete and aggregates to a variety of clients in the El Paso area. We offer services to meet the needs of any project with specialized mix designs.

Joe Rosales
Owner & President
Joe provides strategic leadership for the company by working with the staff to establish long-range goals, plans and policies. Joe has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry.
Matthew Bills
General Manager
Directs and manages all plant operations with overall responsibilities for safety, production, maintenance, quality and other production-related activities.
